Refunds & Returns Policy

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. If you’d like to return an item, you’ve got 14 days from the date you receive it to request a return. 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return inside the parcel.

Worn headwear can't accepted due to hygiene reasons

Sale items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on the product page can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

To start a return, email support@bareminimumsupply.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.
Please don’t send anything back without checking in first — it won’t be accepted.

We don’t offer customer service through social media messages — the inbox gets a bit wild — but our email crew will sort you out properly.


Return Shipping & Fees

We don’t cover the cost of return shipping and aren’t able to offer direct exchanges.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on gift cards or sale items unless faulty.


Refunds

Once your return lands back with us, we’ll inspect it and let you know if it’s been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a little time for your bank or card provider to process the refund once it’s been issued.
